"Lithgow Women’s Shed’s new home is finally under construction!
This $2.1 million project is creating a purpose built, environmentally sustainable and bushfire resistant multi-function space for members of the women’s shed to contribute to community and collaborative projects.
The multi-function area will also feature meeting and office space available for community use and business hire.
Since 2018, the Lithgow Women’s Shed has been empowering women to learn new skills, share ideas, and build friendships. They currently have 40 members and growing.
Thanks to Pam and Leanne for showing me through, can’t wait to see the new place complete."
