🍃A little response to FAQ's!🍃
Q: What is the earliest classes will be starting in Lithgow & Portland?
A: The classes are scheduled to start in October, at the beginning of term 4 2025. Renovations are taking place at both locations, and if they finish early then some classes might start sooner. You can follow along on social media or subscribe to the website for updates.
Q: Are the classes suitable for beginners?
A: Yes absolutely they are suitable for beginners, I would recommend having the mobility to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. I offer intermediate advancements in the class for individuals who want to take it further.
Q: What if I have health conditions or specific injuries?
A: If you have any existing conditions that could impact your participation in class you will need to seek clearance and specifications from a medical practitioner before attending. I would also recommend arranging an initial consultation with me so that I can support you to tailor the yoga sessions based on the information provided by your healthcare practitioner.
Q: What are the prices like for the weekly yoga and meditation sessions?
A: The yoga & meditation sessions work out to be $35 a week on the payment plan. You will select your time at the checkout on the website when booking in. You will have the option to pay upfront for the classes, $350 for the 10 week terms. Booking in for the term or arranging a payment plan is the best way to guarantee your spot. Alternatively it is $45 for a casual session and bookings are still essential.

As a Customer Service Representative at TAFE NSW, you'll be the first point of contact for our students and customers. With a focus on first-contact resolution and responsive service, you’ll handle a diverse range of enquiries and transactions within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and in line with compliance standards, processes, and systems.
